Two night minimum rental.
3:00 PM Check-in, 10:00 AM Check-out.
Security Deposit required for all rentals.
Additional Pet Fee & Deposit required for those guests who wish to bring pets.

Effective January 1st, 2008 we are required by
Yates county to charge a 4%* Lodging Tax.
For your convenience, you may now submit payments online via Paypal. We will send you an invoice for the amount due via email, and you do not need a Paypal account to use this service.
Please note that a 3%* handling fee will be added to all online payments.
*These amounts are in addition to the rates shown above.
